Beyond Borders Insights was created from a simple belief: the global travel retail industry deserves deeper, more thoughtful conversations.

After more than a decade working across aviation, luxury retail, and global travel retail ecosystems, we realised that many of the most important insights in our industry rarely make it into public discussion. The conversations that shape strategy often happen behind closed doors β€” between brand owners, airport operators, and retail partners.

Beyond Borders was created to bring some of those perspectives into the open.
