Martell XO represents the more powerful and sophisticated side of Maison Martell, combining the intensity of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie with the elegance of the rare Borderies cru. The expression reflects more than three centuries of Martell's association with the Borderies terroir, while the distinctive arch-shaped bottle has become one of the House's most recognisable designs. Its character is markedly richer than the VS and VSOP expressions, with ripe fig, red fruit, blackcurrant bud and warm spice creating a deep and expressive profile. Notes of black and pink pepper add energy, while the combination of power and finesse gives the Cognac a long, robust finish.
