Royal Salute 21 Year Old was created in 1953 to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, establishing a whisky brand built around heritage, celebration and prestige. Its name pays tribute to the traditional 21-gun salute used for royal occasions. The Signature Blend brings together rare and exceptional Scotch whiskies, with every whisky in the blend matured for a minimum of 21 years. At the heart of the brand's heritage is Strathisla, the oldest continuously operating distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The iconic sapphire-blue flagon was inspired by the precious stones of the Crown Jewels, reinforcing its position as a luxury gift and celebration whisky.
